is a brief list of just some of our services related to QuickBooks
from which you can benefit:
1.
Our popular "QuickBooks Tune-Up" service. For
local businesses, we come to your office, or you can come to ours,
and we tune up your system. In our half-day session, we review
your chart of accounts (category listing), check over your data,
and make appropriate suggestions based on what we see. We start
by determining what you want to accomplish, then we map out a
plan to get it done, so by the time we leave, your system should
be running much more effectively.
2.
Logon QuickBooks Support. Depending on your needs, our
QuickBooks professionals can log directly into your system, via
modem, or via the internet, and review your data, making observations
and, if desired, actually correct your data. We can review your
data 4 to 8 times or more per month, based on your requirements,
and keep your balances accurate and your system running smoothly.
3.
Remote Data Entry. If you need short-term or long-term
data entry assistance with QuickBooks or other small business
accounting packages, we can help. We can sometimes perform data
entry in your office (proximity permiting), but most often, we
do the data entry via a modem and PcAnywhere or similar software,
or ideally, over the internet. We can show you how all of these
alternatives work and how they can make your business run better
and save you money.
4.
Training Classes. We offer monthly training classes, (introductory
and advanced) or you can arrange an in-house training session
specifically designed for your company, your QuickBooks usage
and your staff. Our clients have found the custom individualized
training to be extreme helpful and very cost effective.
5.
Outsourced Bookkeeping Alternative. If your bookkeeping
causes you pain, then we you can outsource the entire bookkeeping
process to our firm. Click on the "On-Line Accounting System"
button on the left panel to get more information about this option
and how you can benefit by NOT doing your own bookkeeping.
